The Energy Chamber Contractor's Database
ObjectiveThis database is designed for companies offering technical services to the energy sector in CARICOM countries. This includes all services contracted along the entire energy value-chain that require energy-sector specific skills, knowledge or capabilities, including the provision of specialist equipment, tools or processes. This includes services associated with the exploration and production of hydro-carbons, the development and production of renewable and alternative energy, pipeline transmission, other transportation, storage and retail of fuels, and electricity generation and transmission. Only companies who are either currently providing services or who have credible plans to offer services to the energy sector within CARICOM will be included in this database. Inclusion of companies is at the sole discretion of The Energy Chamber
Database ContentThis database is linked to the Energy Exchange website. The Energy Exchange provides a much greater level of detail on some of the companies listed here. The Energy Exchange is recommended as the best method for accessing detailed information needed in the pre-qualification process for these companies. It is used by an increasing number of the major buyers of goods and services in the energy sector to pre-qualify vendors. The section of the Energy Chamber Contractors database dealing with local content is synchronised with the Energy Exchange database for those companies who sign-up for that service. The Energy Exchange is provided by an independent private company and there is a fee associated with using the database. A portion of that fee is paid to the Energy Chamber in exchange for the local content data drawn from our contractor database.
There are currently 849 companies listed in this database. |
